Patients are invited to either:

Email prescriptions to dispensemyprescription@ipharm-uk.com

or

Fax prescriptions to 0121 328 7134

or

Post prescriptions directly to: iPharm UK Ltd, Unit 4A, 11 Jameson Road, Aston, Birmingham, B6 7SJ

Please note all prescriptions must be posted following email or fax.

Faxed or emailed prescriptions will not be issued until the original prescription has been received and checked for legal and clinical issues.

Electronic Transfer Prescriptions ETP– Please ask your GP to send us your prescription via Electronic transfer so we may deliver it for you

Please print this form and send along with your prescription via fax email or post.

These details will be added to you patient medical record held in the pharmacy.
