We will then make arrangements with your surgery to collect your prescription for dispensing.

Please note that all of the above services require you to fill in a patient profile questionnaire.

WE KNOW WHEN YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HAVE BEEN DISPENSED AND WHEN THEY ARE NEXT DUE SO WE PHONE OR EMAIL YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THIS ALLOWING YOU THE TIME TO RESPOND AND US TO ORDER AND DELIVER YOUR MEDICINE. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR MEDICATION AND ORDER ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED THERFORE REDUCING WASTAGE
WE COLLECT YOU PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR SURGERY AND PREPARE YOUR MEDICATION
WE DELIVER YOU MEDICATION BY POST OR COURIER

REPEAT DISPENSING

Our repeat dispensing service involves us forming an agreement with your surgery to hold your future prescriptions and documentation. This service is suitable for patients with stable conditions whom rarely see a change in their prescribed medicine.

Your doctor will decide how many repeats of a single prescription he/she will issue and will issue all prescriptions at once to be stored by the pharmacy.

Patients are invited to telephone or email 3-5 days before repeatable medicines are due for delivery and we will deliver them within the agreed time frame.

This also includes electronic repeat dispensing.
